Anyone viewing my profile feel free to answer this question: Cicada or Raven? Since i'm starting out in a light mech, I dont know what to chose. I've always been a huge fan of the Raven due to its classic feel and general well known good performance on the battlefield, but the Cicada just looks like an assassin's mech. It seems like it could do some very fast and efficient damage.

    If you're the one that wants to make the kills, or you're looking to be a Scout-Hunter, then you would want a Cicada, I think. However, if you're looking to be part of a team to get the kills... definitely a Raven. The electronics will help keep you and your team-mates safe, and you'll have a front-row seat to the *****-slapping your paint is going to get on the target.

    Personally I prefer the Raven, it is fast and maneuverable, but it packs enough punch to hold its own with similar size mechs. Cicadas never felt that . . . interesting? Exciting? Dunno, they just never did it for me in the previous games. Plus the Raven will continue to be a useful scout/ECM for your allies even in battles with much more powerful mechs involved.
