I just found a fix to stop my game from freezing, thought I would post it here so more people would see it, maybe fix it for them too.

My system setup is a GTX 670 water cooled, i7 2600k and 16 GB of ram. My vid card temp never goes above 80 C my CPU temp never goes above 55 C so using maxed settings is not a problem, I use these settings because I have to in order for the game freezes to stop.

-Turn AA off
-Turn Post Processing onto the lowest setting
-Turn shadows onto the lowest setting
-Turn v sync on
-Run the game in windowed mode and then once you get in game hit alt + enter to go full screen.
-All of my other settings are on Ultra and I'm using 1920 x 1200 resolution.

This fixed it for me, hope it helps some one out there.

I will try this and tell you how it works... i can't even play the game as it freezes just about every match now. I have the same specs as you minus the water cooling and only 8 GB of ram.

I have played 3 games so far and not had a freeze... it seems to have worked, Thanks a lot!

EDIT: nevermind... still freezing... happens whenever LRMS hit me or someone on my screen. i can't compete in that tournament because of this bug... too bad I really love mechwarrior, but I can't even play anymore.

Do you have the latest video card drivers, also did you do the windowed mode and then alt enter to go full screen?

Just realized I'm using "full windowed" mode not "windowed"
