Just got done from a match that, literally, the entire other team was apparently made up of European players. Their pings ranged from 170 to 260. Not my fault if you live on the other side of the world and are getting a higher latency than the rest of us living in N.A. My ping in 30 to 40ms. I'm not the problem.

Stop complaining that I'm rubberbanding when you are apparently the problem, not me. I'm sick of it. It's constant. [REDACTED]

It's not really any players fault is it? It's PGI's for not thinking about European servers in the first place isn't it?

WoT has servers for just about everywhere and it's fairly easy to pick which you want to play on ...

Beta. And no, it isn't really anyone's fault, but when I start getting blamed for something quite obviously beyond my control, and the culprit is a bad latency issue, and get called an ***** when I point out the problem is that the latency is too high on their end, that's when I take offense to it. Stop blaming me and others for latency problem when you are halfway across the world.

"Uugh aagh me Amuurica, me angry!"

People who sit on server are the priviledged ones. Only server being in US/Canada is the problem, not players who want to play this game. I doubt this is marketed as "US" only game.

I'm sorry but 'Beta' isn't a good answer as WoT was in beta and there was atleast 3 different servers as i remember ...

"Uugh aagh me Amuurica, me angry!" <- lol, sweet answer.

An American player, a European Player and an Australian player walk into a bar.

The American says:

"I can sometimes ping under 50, but anything over 120 is almost unplayable."

The European says:

"Yes, I cannot wait until we get our own server, I ping 150, and I hear some people ping over 200, and I do not know how they can play."

The Australian turns to them:

"Wait a minute, you guys ping under 250? You must have a bloody good lines."

It's all about learning to live with it, and accepting the consequences. I say I'm rubberbanding, and yes, I know why.

Dude shut up, it's not our fault that we live 4000 miles away from the servers and you live 200 (ish). I have what is regarded as one of the fastest internet speeds in England (75Mb Down, 25 Mb Up) and I still get ping time of no less than 120. I also play with tons of people from America and have no intention of moving to the EU servers when they come live. If I wanna complain about rubber-banding I will do.
Maybe when the game goes live and I can get some server information from PGI I will finally be able to optimize my connection to the NA servers but that day is getting further away not closer. It amazes me that you yanks can be so ignorant to other people that play games online, let me give you a hint - AMERICA IS NOT THE CENTRE OF THE WORLD, ENGLAND IS SO THE SERVERS SHOULD BE HERE!!!! (joke of course but you get the point).

And what gives you the right to complain and moan to me that I am rubberbanding when I can't control it, and it's QUITE OBVIOUS the problem is a latency issue? I'm not saying America is the center of the fricking world, but that's where PGI put the server. Not my fault. Not your fault. Not the lunatic who started complaining about me's fault. But don't go off calling me an ***** when I try to explain why you are seeing the rubberbanding and your getting all ********* because I just blew your hunchback out from underneath you in my Raven. Boo fricking hoo. Deal with it, live with it, or move on to something else.

You're right! It is all my fault for trying to play from Australia.
I'll immediately stop playing MWO so as to stop your hit registration issues.

My apologies, you'll never see me on the servers again to spoil your game.

I could care less if you play from australia. If you rubber band for me or I rubber band for you, as long as you are aware that the problem is latency, and not the players, I'm fine with that. My problem is when you start calling myself or others out for that problem and blaming them. Play all you want. More the merrier. Stop blaming the players for something not their problem.

People outside of NA get a raw deal. It's ok, people in NA get it...

If it is a problem that gamers in NA can't fix, yet people elsewhere want to repeatedly vocalize their complaints to them... do you understand why it gets a bit tiresome?

It isn't about americans being self centered and thinking the world revolves about them... it's just they have no power to fix it, yet they take a beating over it.
