I want a button that auto shouts rhetoric at the troops I am commanding, and to be allowed to TK without penalty if my orders are not followed. Otherwise I am not able to RP a commissar. PGI please fix.

..give us a friggin PUG VS PUG game mode and you wouldn't need it.. AND Noobs could learn to play (in some Kiddie Pools) before DECIDING to join the 'trained and formed', 'Lances Enabled' matches.
