I SO agree with this. It's a battle technique! As long as all the variables are balance, like jumpets or weapons aren't unfairly op'd, it's fine! Besides I love seeing a pop-tarter, I know just where to line up my alpha next time he/she pops!

p.s. Exploit - to use something in a way that was not intentioned, for one's own advantage.

Considering all the steps PGI has taken to reduce poptarting, it's rather clear jump jets weren't meant to be used as anything other than a means of movement.... aka it's being exploited
