there is a range tolerance that grows over time. After 1 minute the matchmaker loosens the requirement in to get players in game.

2-4 man groups use a group Elo rating based off the individual player Elo scores. These are used in matchmaking.

What did the note about PPCs doing appropriate min range damage mean? Were they doing too much or too little before?
