I found a copy of Vengeance (plus Black Knight) on amazon a few years back. I can't remember how much I paid but it can't have been much or I wouldn't have done it. It was from some fine British company called Xplosiv if that helps you narrow it down.

Install MW4:vengence first, followed by black knight expansion, and MW4:mercs, should be a stand alone game, then you add the mech packs (the mech packs may not work on win7). but tbh, you be better of downloading the free version of mercs, as it includes the mech packs, and the free version works fine on vista and win 7

My knackered copy is also the explosiv release, and looking at amazon, there still about £20, which is too much for a 10 year old game (plus i only paid £5 when i brought my copy)
