Is there a listing somewhere of the command structure and a member list that I could see, like a website or something? I would also like to know how I go about getting command of a Lance, and who I would need to talk to about that.

I wanted to plead my case to one of the higher ups, but I am not entirely sure what the procedure here is for that. TripleHex gave me a good idea, but I wanted verification from one of the people actually in charge of that sort of thing.
