Pending means you are one of the chosen. The elite few who, among tens of thousands, have been selected by the Gods to participate in the the tried and true holy sacrament of waiting in line.

It's fun to see just how hard people will fight when motivated properly.
In all seriousness I'm content to wait if I must, and hope my luck to be part of the group improving the game changes.

I agree, mech showdown for a key!

I'd probably lose, i'm so out of practice. Can't get MW3 or MW4 to install right on my Win 7, errors and glitches everywhere

Just kidding, Russ suggested they would release 10,000 total closed beta tickets before the Founders early access, which puts it at 3,000 - 4,000 more to go.

Founders packs go on sale June 19th (for a limited time)
So if you aren't in beta and don't buy a founders pack you are definitely gambling with early access. Also Russ didn't specify if closed beta testers would be booted for early entry, I suspect they will.

More importantly, if you don't have beta access now, the Founders Pack is your best bet, and if you are in beta, it is probably a good idea anyway.

All 10,000 beta keys have been distributed.
They better beef up the transaction server for Tuesday.

There have been 7200 keys given out so far. The target for closed beta 1 is 10,000. So theres still a chance at 2800 keys

Sometime once the production hardware is there, set up and they've migrated things closed beta 2 will begin. They'll start sending out invites again. This will proceed till they're confident they can support the influx of founders. Then come Aug 7...bingo founders access. Then sometime afterwards open beta...then release.

can try using xp as it might work, but they don't have to support you if you have an problems hence one reason for req's
