WOO HOO!.. I was trying to find out what was up with my new card.. bought -mostly- because I wanted Shadowplay.. (and because MWO sucks in SLI.. I get better performance from a single gtx570 than 2 in SLI, go figure).

I thought I checked to make sure it was full screen.. but, nope, it was full WINDOW. Changing it to full SCREEN worked, and now I can shadowplay my matches.. so, THANKS.

(ps. I am posting this to get a bump on this topic, since it's a problem, seemingly, with a new-ish game client and the mode it picks for some unknown reason).

You can also enable desktop capture. This is off by default in Shadowplay. This will allow for full screen windowed mode capture.
