I just want to add here along with the edit to the main post that we are not affiliated with the unit Clan Hell's Horses Alpha Galaxy (CHHx). We are known in game as Clan Hell's Horses Int'l and run with the tags of (CHHi).

I do encourage people to double check the unit affiliation of those you drop with before either

A) bringing up an issue with someone you dropped with (good or bad)
looking to join a unit

This way people are not disappointed with joining the wrong unit or think they are contacting the proper leader to say good game with Clan pilot b/Clan pilot b was acting badly in game.

They're Adders and Hell's Horses which aren't in the game yet, so they chose the smallest Clan faction because it was a challenge.

It's a defining characteristic of CSA and CHH dating back decades.

Sorry that our choice does not suit you Lily. Seeing as how no homeworld clans may represnt with a dagger star in CW, we chose what we did as the current make up of certain factions does not suit us, and to also lend support to our long time friends and allies that went this route.

Oh the irony given how many Smoked Jaguars I laid waste to in NBT lol. It's good to be the underdog.

It's all good though. Good times calls for good friends to enjoy it with, old and new.

Yes technically we should be aligned Wolf. But as we have been told many times by PGI this is an alternate timeline. Even our internal discussions way back before CW was released had us aligning with Wolf. But in the end, we rather fight with people we've known for years (in some cases over a decade) than stick to lore. Not to mention that although this quote and doctrine is from far ahead in the timeline (3145) it does kind of suit our play style. Throughout the years and during our NBT playing. Even when we would lose someone in combat (or back then getting legged) we always would do what we could to protect that `Mech.

Has it already been decades? *ug* man am I feeling old all of a sudden It is true, we have had a strong relationship with quite a few of the CSA from the Smoke Adders since NBT-1, which has carried on throughout the years and different versions of the game.

LOL I know, it is odd wearing a Clan logo that is not our own especially the Smoke Jaguars of all units. Since over the years they are usually the "special" units

I started playing with many of these guys in 2004 in NBT using the MW4Mercs platform for the league.

And funnily enough, CSA was actually running CSJ at the behest of the league organizers. So this seemed even more appropriate once we saw the layout of teams and Clans.

That's okay, last night I was trying to remember when NBT1 and 2 ran and the dates I'd formed (WX) and later the =SLDF=. (CSA) was formed around the same time as (WX) given our common origin. 1996. Damn, I feel old.

I believe Lukoi joined CSA after NBT4 was in full swing. I wasn't around at that time because I'd gotten tired of waiting on Dark Phoenix. I only just recently heard the whole story of how NBT got going again from Fehyd. I really miss Gunny Hawkins.
