DEFINITELY A!

The reason I still play MW4 today is partly due to the Hellhound. To this day it arouses me every time I install the game and see the artwork of it.

Not trying to hijack here, but this sorta justifies how much I love it: http://mwomercs.com/...-hellhound-ldd/

I though B was a version of the Wolverine (IIC?), but became known as the Conjurer, which was adapted and developed and such, so I think it's unlikely they'd use B.

There's not really much choice here; David White's MW4 version (A) is simply better in every imaginable way, and one of the best mech designs out there.

On a side-note, which Black Knight would you prefer?

Option A (same artist as MW4 Hellhound):

Option B (classic TRO art):

...Also a pretty one-sided choice. :D

For the first two, A. It was definetly one of my favourite medium in MW4 with Chimera.

Of the Black Knights, they both look fairly similar but I would go with A.

A for the HellHound.

For the Black Knight..
The in-game design is not too bad.

im going with B on both. the black knight is nissing hands and the Conjurer / Hellhound dose not ave a Wolverine IIC look to it.
this taken from sarna.net
"the Conjurer is, for all intents and purposes, the Wolverine-IIC (and was even reported as such); it was designed off the original Wolverine, taking the concept and rebuilding it with advanced technology. However the Clans would not retain the name of the Not-Named Clan for the redesigned 'Mech"

And when has this prevented PGI from doing what it wants vis-a-vis mechs or equipment?

ECM Spider does not show up until after 3067 (SDR-7Kr)
Angel ECM does not show up as a viable system until after 3067 (2nd Battle of Luthien)
TAG is not defeated by any canon ECM package and has the following hex ranges:
Minimum Range - 0
Short Range of 1-5
Medium Range of 6-9
Long Range of 10-15

assuming a hex width of 30 meters, the range of TAG laser, depending on the type employed is 30 - 450m. The TAG is essentially a very low powered laser occupying 1 slot and weighing one ton. FWIW, a modern handheld TAG weighs a bit under 50kg and can have ranges in excess of 1km. Currently, TAGs are used for terminally guided munitions, both air delivered (drones and manned aircraft) and artillery (copperheads and similar munitions).

Oh, A, the MW4 Hellhound because the B version looks like everything else.

Design A all the way!

If PGI ever decides to add the Conjurer to MWO, I really hope Alex goes with the MW4 design.

Definitely option B for the Conjurer/Hellhound. You have to remember that the Conjurer/Hellhound is a Wolverine IIC. As such, it should kind of resemble the Wolverine. That MW4 design is basically a completely different mech which just uses the Hellhound name (and I refuse to call it Conjurer). So if PGI ever wants to add the Conjurer/Hellhound to this game, they better base it on the Wolverine.

Pretty one-sided indeed, it's definitely Option B. A Black Knight without hands? No, thank you. I also always hated the MW4 version of the Black Knight, it looks horrible.

Hellhound/Conjurer?

Option A, David White's one. Original TRO artwork looks lazy and generic. MW4 Hellhound corresponds better with rests of the Clan designs. As for the whole "Wolverine IIC referrence - well, Clanners just saw how bad it looked, and reworked it using their parts, to stay on the economical side. Ohh those Clanners.

Black Knight?

Also, David White's. Original looks downright silly.
