Does it sound stupid to get some kind of calender setup for KE? I need to fu**in plan my time, since most of it is going to be dedicated to MWO with you ****heads.

It doesnt sound stupid. Its a good idea and on August 7th we should all plan on being in coms to begin tearing the game apart and testing strategies.

Day drinking can take its toll on post quality... and my most recent batch of beer may not be the most delicious Ive created, but its damn strong. In any case, I'm psyched. I only wish more mechs were available during the beta so that those of us who are in could test more thoroughly prior to release.

Im picking up the founders today (sticking to elite, poverty and all) and hope to hell that cash helps IGP kick it into gear and start polishing this thing up to an Aug 7th release. Lets try and get organized in the first week, hopefully theres something more than a random match setup so that we can actually join up and practice alone with the team to grind out strategies and test builds.

larger merc units Ive seen forming around the forums have numbers, and while in game those numbers wont matter, the ability of their team to consistently form multiple lances is going to be a ****** thing to deal with.. even if every one of em is as green as I think. Plus there are a couple companies out there that boast some reasonable pilots.

Im wondering if we should get more active on mektek, certainly that setup has some sort of calender option we can work on. There are also other community-oriented social forums out there we could consider using, but mektek seems to be pretty solid already. So long as it can meet our needs Id rather spend my time there.

Well have 30-40 people right off the bat. That's big enough for now. We also have EU players so we will be able to field teams around the clock. No worries.

Im going to take a vacation day that day and probably the following 3 just to dedicate it playing this game. Sleep will be a distant memory and the children just may feel a tad neglected on those days, but not to worry I will pile some food in front of them give them some toilet paper kiss em on their heads,tell em I love them but explain to them that daddys got to go to war now, And nothing short of imminent death (of me of course) will pry me away from this god forsaken keyboard.

I hope he shows up. Last activity I seen from him was posting on the MWLL forums, but that was back in 2009
