The FRR hub is going to start doing 12v12 Saturdays for those of you who fly that FRR banner proudly come on over to the Hub (TeamSpeak 3: 162.243.239.158:9725 Password: Dragon). The kickoff time for this event will be 1700-1800 (still up in the air) EST.

We will do mixed unit drops until full units arrive and then the FRR units can duke it out to show off their stuff all the while we can continue to run other 12 mans (given enough players).

Hope to see all of you FRR loyalists there.

Feel Free to send me questions on here, on the game client, or find me on the FRR hub TeamSpeak.

IIRC the time was 2200 GMT for the Kickoff as it seems that the 1800 EST is going to work best for most players.

Even if some of you guys manage to come until 1 or 2 AM then that would be good enough. I'm pretty sure chaos will give priority to European folk for the first 12-man that will start to form, as the NA folk will be able to stay on for longer even if they don't start straight away in the first group.

I myself for example won't be staying past 2AM GMT, which will be 3 hours after the start.

And we'll see. This is going to be the first out of many events to come, so we'll learn as we go along.

If we find that times need to be changed after this one we can dial the start time to the left and extend how long we run it to open it up to the maximum amount of players possible. This first one is Just trial and error to see what the reaction to it is going to be and how we can improve upon it.

Sounds good. If you meet us on the Hub, we can sync drop.

Sync drops are fun and all, but we go with the flow. We take the contracts as they come to us. Merc's don't get to choose their enemies. Now... if we were PAID to fight specific people that would be something different.

If a team needs an extra and I happen to be on feel free to invite me. I have a...diverse... arsenal of Mechs.

Some of us are not on that early (PST zone), but could fill in openings if the 12-mans haven't fizzled by then.

The first event has been a success (thanks chaos for taking charge of the events). We've had good turnout from various groups; Blue Vengeance (thanks guys for staying up so late, in particular Cyrilis!), Shieldwall, Odin's Host, 1st RDR, 1st Hussars, and the 5th. We had 6 wins (or was it 5?) and a single loss which are great results, without running meta and with somewhat disorganised tactic calls! (Both made it more fun though.)

Thanks to all those who participated, and I hope to see you all (or even more) next Saturday! :)
