Video card upgrade

or going with an AMD AM3+ or Intel LGA 1155 socket with a quad core (or hexacore on the AMD side) processor.
GPU wise, Your current rig will be bottlenecked by anything more than an AMD Radeon HD 7850, and if you upgraded to a quad core I would say you would be safe up to a Nvidia Geforce GTX 670. If you went with a new motherboard and CPU I would say that a Radeon HD 7970 or Geforce GTX 680 would be fine, heck either in Xfire / SLI would be fine if you upgraded to that extent.
It really depends on how long you want the upgrade to last.

I would have to look, but is your mobo PCI-e 1.0 or 2.0...?? From what I remember the EVGA 680i were PCI-e 1.0..
If you could get a new CPU, Motherboard, PSU, RAM, H/D, Video Card, you would be all set... LOL
