Hello,

I currently own a Masakari collection. When I try to purchase a Gold Khan Collection it's wanting to charge me an additional $500.00 which would total 740.00.

Can we have the ability to upgrade from a Masakari Collection to Gold Khan Collection?

If it were me, I'd request a refund and then purchase the Gold Khan, although that is a lot of money to have bouncing back and forth when a simple upgrade should be an option.

Hey, Yes I've read that other post and I'm aware the questions are similar. I agree with you. I hope these questions popping up are an indication that these details should probably be worked out before sales are implemented. After all, it's not IGP's first rodeo.

They probably won't have an integrated upgrade option for a good while yet, if at all.

"Simple upgrade" is good when it's in there in the first implementation. It isn't so simple when it isn't added until well into the process -- remember, the Khan didn't originally include the Warhawk (you'll NEVER see me call it that other name ) pack.

Best to simply let Support know what you're going to do and have them process the refund for you. After you get your money back, purchase the Khan pack.

More like trying to get this thing running smoothly and so far alot of work has been put in and it shows on the PTS

The answer is to send an email to support if you want that rare thing, an upgraded Masakari to Gold. Why does it matter that you can't do it through a web ui?

Or MAYBE they were actually working on the content instead wasting time trying to appease people`s laziness and misguided sense of entitlement over spending 30 seconds to write an e-mail. Simply because most of the tiome people whine because they want to whine, not because there`s an actual problem, and exactly that is the case here.

Just admit to yourself and others that you were never going to anyway and are just looking for something to whine about, because if you actually wanted and could afford it you`d take 30 seconds to get it unless you`re the kind of special snowflake that has to pay people to wipe his ass for him.

wow. white knights are something else. this has nothing to do with entitlement, or laziness, or doing through a website. which code by the way, has 0 to do with people working on game code, especially the website's shopping cart. this is something that should've been thought of long before it was put out...still waiting for community warefare aren't we? content, more like buy it now mastery packs, mechs, nothing substantial int terms of maps, or other 'real' content. because every time they put something like this out, this SAME thing is brought up..2 years in are we? still haven't learned from the past?? not a good sign for the future, and the blue comment above isn't fluff fit for porn...2 months old.

rose colored glasses are nice, I took mine off sometime ago regarding this game (even as much as I have a love / hate relationship with it and the MechWarrior franchise as a whole). please tell me how the view can be when your head resides up your ass?

this also has to do with $750 floating around in space. rather just pay the extra 250, than wait for a refund, then rebuy...easier for all.

and who the **** are you to touch other peoples money? unless you have a CPA (not sure, i'll play the odds and say no) or do my taxes (which you don't), STFU. no zerb, sorry, my original comment would've gotten me in wayyyy trouble than it's worth so I'm gonna leave it alone, and take it out on the digital field, because in the end i don't need to spend the extra 250 to still beat you out there. though you are right, I'm better as I got what the main package is and don't need the gold mech for anything really. that 2 years worth of banked founders & phoenix premium time is gonna be sweet when I hit that activate button (yeah, been sitting on it the whole time since there hasn't been content worth turning it on for 'til now, but that's still just more mechs)

so maybe i'll you out there snowflake. let the fantastic MM & ELO decide.

Hey folks, we're sorry that we didn't get in a good way to upgrade from A La Carte to the packages, or from packages to gold.

It would have been much nicer if our website just allowed you to up your preorder to the correct package, but it doesn't.

It is good to know PGI is willing to make the adjustments manually at least, while they figure that out.

In the meantime, as I just purchased the Masakari collection now, to please touch up your requirements for paypal payments. I wanted to purchase through paypal funds, not my credit card. I had to go through their support to get the money converted from US to CAN, and have them manually skip the process of automating to a credit card. I wanted to put this out there since it is ideal to the topic to save other people the trouble.

I look forward to be blowing some stuff up in my new mechs tomorrow. Be warned though, I wont be getting rusty with my JM6's anytime soon. (/'.')/

I have been told by support they would not consider a refund until I have purchased the other pack. Then I am to reopen a support ticket.
