As you can see, some mechs do not have templates available, or just bad ones like the Battlemaster.

Just take the chance and create a template! The art community is a big family, we will help you to improve it until it is finished.

A message to the more experienced artists: Since I don't have the time to go through the time consuming process of a good template, please complete the collection with your work!

Credit goes to Mark Hayden, Ironhawk and Odanan for their awesome templates.

It's crude, but here is a Summoner template.

What are you looking for with this? Maybe I can help get a set of them up and running. I can even make them untextured to make repainting as easy as possible.

Well, the thing I like about the ingame Models, is TBH, the concept art to me gets kinda boring....same pose, every paint job. Obviously whipping up a ton of poses is not practical in any arena, but I also like the 3D feel.

I did a few rough ones with the Adder and Griffin, pages and pages back. But like, you got the Concept art Vindicator, and then you have the St Ives Blue image, using a in game model. I just prefer the 3D. It's by no means a priority, just an observation.

If anyone posts specific mechs/loadouts/poses, I'll be happy to generate a few. Should only take about 10-15 minutes per mech now.

A cicada with two ERPPCs, the pose would be a mid stride then stopped and looking sideways. Please, I'll love you long time.

Going to hold you to that. :D

Looking left or right? Flat ground or climbing/descending? Looking at camera or offset (and if so, in which direction?

Uh, looking at the Camera or kinda past it, looking left coming something like a 75 degree angle. If the PPCs could be high up on the Cicada. On a hill (and if you feel like being super cool have a dead atlas reaching for it with one hand).

tell ya what I really want...is to convince someone to do a 3D breakdown of the Summoner with that load out, so I can order a nice foot tall model of it from Shapeways. For that, I would bust out my miniature paints again.

Does this work? I'm just putting in a base model for you to put in a scene. You can get rid of the grey using GIMP or Photoshop to make the background transparent. There is a way to do that in Blender, but they changed that method with 2.70 and I haven't relearned the new way yet.

It's 1080p, but if you want a higher resolution I can do that easy enough. I didn't have it fully rigged out, so positioning it was a pain. I'll have to finish the rigging on it someday...

Thank you! SO close a little more forward leaning, and a little more perked up. But that is great!
