So I guess a surviving prospering Clan Widowmaker is still considered dezgra?? Even though the original intent of the Grand Council was to bring the Widowmakers back into the fold. ( that is a quote form the sourcebooks)

yes, it is an attempt to bring us together to unite against the IS, it is still being established and such, so it doe snot have much to show for it yet, but then again we do not have all the details on CW, so it makes it difficult to plan for it

My first guess, is Proxis PGI style seeing as there's a 220,000,000 hypothetical price for a dropship and all these planets on a map with coffers and a point system. But alas, not knowing this to be 100% true does make it hard to plan.
