As pragmatists and realists, we will wait and see what PGI does to introduce the Clans and CW....and then bid ourselves into battle accordingly...aligned with another Clan if we must, individually if required.

well the way i look at it, their is no St Ives compact, their is no periphery powers which is a shame cause it would be nice to play a faction that isn't featured a lot, that way we can right our own destiny rather then follow the lore. So i don't think there will be all the clans. I hope i am wrong

You people are going to make all the clans who did not even take part in the invasion and who are not in the inner-sphere at this time and then there will be about 20 hardcore IS players left for you to fight against in CW, lol.

Ah I doubt that man. All of these Clan units already exist and there seem to be plenty of folks playing IS

Heck you could even just argue the Khan negotiated a one off resource deal for the option to support a planetary assault with a "star" or whatever if you really wanted.

While this is true it doesn't mean that it doesn't suck. I mean you could easily play a Liao faction as Marik saying it's Liao help for when they attacked the Fed Suns, but it wouldn't make the lack of House Liao any less displeasing

Well to put my nerd cap on for a miniute to make this rebuttel. FASA back in day did something like CW just with paper and board games before the time of the internet. Like Warhammer...You collected miniatures painted them took them to tournaments and earned points which will help your faction and raise you through the ranks. When you first registered with FASA you got to pick ANY faction in the BT...ANY even Word of Blake. So if FASA can do it back in the times when their wasn't widespread internet or computer games, i am sure PGI can do it
