I had enough cbills last night to do some upgrades on a UM-R60L before I went to bed. Only a 140 Std engine that I had, couple of double heat sinks, LL + MPL + 2 SP, and 4 JJs. Gave it a quick try in the training grounds and even without having it decked out the way I want it looks like it'll be a ton of fun. (be even more fun once I get a few more cbills to throw at it)

Someone was mentioning a while back about having two Urbies ride a Crab. It'll be like adding two 360 degree turrets to the Crab. Of course at crab speed and being way up there the Urbies won't be able to handle the damage they would take. But it would still be fun to try it.

i think i take more damage from friendly assaults stepping on me, running through me or otherwise pretending i'm not standing there than i do from the enemy some matches. did manage to land on an enemy direwhale once- someone in the match was impressed by my death from above move.

yeah i stay near the bigger guys anyway- though i seem to have the "good" fortune of always picking the LRM assault instead of the ones actually going to the brawl where i can do something

I kept having an Urbie get in front of my left arm (CTF) last night. Couldn't see him over there when he's really close. Think he caught a shot once or twice.

Just did a match with my unit where I saw that one of my teammates had a King Crab. I thought to myself, 'hmmm....'.
I went over and jumped up and rode on top for most of the match. "Crab Turret Mode: Activated". I hit whatever he was shooting at, including protecting his backside from a Locust PB.

I stayed up there until I was eventually double-legged and died. I mean seriously, who shoots at the legs of an Urbie that isn't using them?.

Try to balance on top of an Atlas, then spend the entire match yelling "WHO RUNS BARTER TOWN?".

um, is there a plan to release urbanm for MC/cbills ? I mean, there are packages with 3 variants, but id like to buy just ONE, not 3 variants.....

Here in forum, it says, "owned" the package for 20$.
But its no in the game yet ? ...... how long should i wait ?

Almost only counts with Horseshoes, Hand Grenades, LBX Autocannons, and Urbie-Nukes.

I also concur that the pack is more than worth picking up. You'll be very happy you did it. It's a surprisingly good mech for what it's meant to do. Who cares if it's not top tier? I don't, the thing is a heck of a lot of fun!

If you purchased it now, just log into the game. The transactions usually take 1 to 2 business days for the content to be delivered.

The R63 with stock weapons (but XL, Endo, and Ferro) is my favorite urbie :3 That LB10X, with it's fire quirks, and a ROF module makes it kind of amazing... The 60 with 4 MG and 2 MPLs is pretty boss, too.

Just got a 400 damage in my R60L, one of my happiest days. (Stock +, still got standard 60 and an AC 20.)
I can't believe I used to play this game without this glorious thing...

I had a personal best over the weekend in my R60 with 1 LPL and 3 ML's. 950 dmg and 3 kills. Won the match 12-10 with the amazing urbs taking down a TBR and KGC after being tied 10-10.

It's good to be overlooked.
