In the weapon statistics on the profile page the matches count does not increment.
I was testing SRM2/4 after the patch and got no equiptime nor match count.

It can take up to 15 minutes to update anything profile-related on the web-page. Check them again.

It's been 12 Hours. And the Damage is there , just no match count.
Not sure if it's only SRM's (linked to the changes).
I think my AC/20 count is correct (2 Matches yesterday) and I can't remember playing my YLW since the stat reset.

Do you guys have any hard evidence of your stats not updating so we can check the databases.

For missiles its split between SRM+A and SRM, so make sure you have the correct type when you are testing it.

(Just a random thought) Also, I'd try to take a screenshot before a match, and of your stats page 30 minutes after a match (So it has time to update).

The statistics are updated live after the match, no need to wait. Either it shows right after the match (when the match is over, not when you left it) or it won't update.
