Yesterday i won 6 (just to be sure) matches, but still no sign of my prize (the TDR 9-S).

Is there anything i have to do to redeem it, or it's just added automatically on my mechbay after the promotion ends?

I checked my webpage about achievements and it says i completed it, i just wonder when i get it on my mechbay.

Any hints?

Mine was there when I next logged in.

Log out, log in. I've heard that works. It just turns up in your mechbay.

I completed the 5 wins last night...my profile shows, "CHALLENGE COMPLETE". I see no new mech or mech bay. I see no redeem button on the challenges page.

The announcement says, "Track your progress and redeem your TDR-9S & MechBay on the Challenges page at https://mwomercs.com/profile/stats?type=challenges ". I don't see anything on there to redeem the mech.

It should show up after you log out and log back in to the game client, it will be redeemed much like an achievement and show up. Some people have had to do this a few times for it to appear.

It took just almost 24 hours, but my Prize is inside my Mechbay now.
