If it works like it does on TT... I'd replace my (F)Atlas with one! Wolfhounds were the sturdiest dam Mechs I had ever seen!

Unless PGI totally messes with the Mauler's hardpoints...it's going to be beastly. Same with the King Crab.
Wolfhouse...meh. Panther...meh.

Other thoughts: Panther instead of Wolfhound, Crab instead of Vindicator... GrassHopper or Guillotine would be awesome additions to the Heavy Mech class- and please for the love of all things green and good PLEASE release a medium or heavy mech that can carry ECM.

Why not? The Wolfhound is the tank of the Light class, could be interesting.
The Mauler, I dunno. That's a big F'ing torso.

What is one single thing the Jenner or Firestarter can't do better than either? FS9 is as fast or faster than either, the Jenner is markedly so. Both match or vastly exceed the hard points and the FS9s hitboxes really would be difficult to improve on.
Heck, you'd be hard pressed to get the Panther to 100 kph.
Don't get me wrong, I WANT both mechs in. I just don't see the point, currently.

All 35 ton lights in-game now have equal armor as the Wolfie. The Firestarter may or may not have better hitboxes than the Wolvie, it depends.

again, name one thing that the WLF does the FS9 doesn't do better? Same speed, similar size, can't improve the hitboxes on the FS9, and better hardpoint variety. Plus the FS9 jumps.

If you are willing to accept TT. WLF tank better somehow! I have seen a Wolfhound Shrug off a battle lance weapon's fire! It scared the heck out of my team.

The Panther, on the other hand, will probably have a max engine of XL200. This would give it a top speed of 101.8 kph after speed tweak. Its hardpoints seem lackluster but not horrible. Maybe some kind of long-range energy like an ERPPC or w/e, and have SSRMs in the CT missile slots?

The Tank of the light class? How will it be any different from an FS9-S? Other than not having jump jets, that is.
