Anyone else having trouble redeeming that free mech? I can't find a "redeem" button and don't know what I'm doing wrong.


edit: Never mind, it showed up in game. The instruction on the site said to go to challenges and then hit redeem. Not sure what that was about.

Then log-out or close MWO, then relog in after 15 mins.

You can also go to your Profile > Stats > Challenges to see how many games the server thinks you need.

I am a little surprised that this game can handle Server Authoritative targeting and Host State Rewind at the millisecond scale, yet challenge rewards only update every 15 minutes.

I received my Centurian and Thunderbolt with only minor issues. What I have not received is my Free Mech Bay (or any of the other items I have won).

I went to the support forum to see if someone there could help, but the link there sends me to a poker and slot game site...which I am Not interested in.

Can someone tell me how to claim the mech bay, please?


Also, on a related topic...how do I remove the trial mechs from my Owned mech list?
I do not want, or need, to see them when I am selecting which mech to play, unless I click the TRIAL tab...which is where they belong.
