You can request the refund and get 100% before you got the product in all civilized parts of the world, so yes they where pretty munch obligated to give it to him.

SC out? - Not! Deal closed, man can have a refund.

And it does not matter what company writes in it's EULA or other agreements or contracts - if it contradicts what written in countries law, it's companies fault and they will be punished for that.

You are incorrect here. I recommend that you not armchair lawyer until you've read the new CIG TOS. http://pastebin.com/bmgXMxtV (start at Item 74 and be careful not to interpret them without a lawyer present)

Their current TOS does not contradict US (or Foreign) laws. Indeed, there are few instances where CIG HAS to refund. This instance was not one of them. CIG just wanted to get rid of someone, just like hey did Derek Smart.

here's another read: https://www.reddit.c...4njwmo/new_tos/

This was the CIG GamesCom 2016 directed in-game asset demonstration video for Star Citizen Alpha 3.0 which will be available at year's end. Yes, a script was involved, but it isn't a cutscene as such a "normal" industry demo might be. "Directed" is not the same as "scripted". FYI, the Star Marine Arena Commander module will become available with the Alpha 2.6 patch which may be available during/near CitizenCon in mid-October.

From what Ive read, judges are pretty 50/50 on when cases like this have actually gone to court
