Meh rather see a new map or cw or some other game type that is not the same as what we have now than another hero mech of another hero mech that has already been released before.

Nono, when I say NGNG community, I meant the mwo players who have usernames on their forums. Like, Bombadil, Phil, etc didn't submit design ideas. Here, I'll just link you it.

alas, whoever designed this mech either does not understand MWo well enough or was initially restricted in hardpoint placement.

Only had it since last Tuesday so take what you will, but come on (not sure how my wins/losses reconciles with matches played but w/e)

there's nothing wrong with any of these hero mechs, you just need to learn to use em

Don't like it, don't buy it. I have waited for a hero QKD for a long time, and I am not at all disappointed ;)

This is my build right now:

Ac2, Ac10, 2 SRM2, 1 mlas, XL 280, 2 JJ

Seems like it would suck, but it's actually pretty awesome. Low heat, 83KPH, and the AC2 provides great suppressing fire

Thanks for sharing your build.

I've changed mine quite a bit, right now it's 1 AC/10, 2 ML, and 2 SRM6 w/290XL.

I salute the fact that you are keeping to your word and working on those 100 matches. It does seem that after 42 matches your numbers are starting to even out, which supports my matchmaker theories, however, you still have 58 matches to prove me wrong.

Dear PGI.
Hitbox plan of action, last updated December 2013. Will this be resumed any time soon?
It would make sense that as you create hero mechs and/or update weapon customization visualization, that you would apply the hitbox overhaul at the same time (since it requires changing of hitboxes for many of them anyway to make the weapon pods work).
I'm hoping the guy is back from vacation by now... it was said something would happen in January...but it's May...and we haven't heard anything.

I think there are many others things to do...
Matchmaking with 3-3-3-3 rule doesn't work, Clan-Mechs are coming, Mechlab should be improved - and so on...

There is no time for hitbox improvement now.
Maybe next year...

I have been waiting for a QKD quickdraw for months and overall Im happy with the Hero, I havent bought it yet, I will however if the engine cap is upped to ATLEAST 300....325 would be great but 300 would be enough

Just watched the Quickdraw IV trailer. At this point I'm assuming Celestial is on staff. This is a very good thing. S'funny how easy it is to recognize his work.

IV-4 is a good support mech, but 2 ac5 is a little light on the weapons for a heavy so you really don't want to have a knife fight with it. I do ok if the mediums and light s on the team can distract a mech long enough for me to start chipping away on the armor, then they can finish off their target in short order.

I like the IV-4 so far. I just got it so I haven't played too many games with it yet. But that's because I have a 50 some odd mechs to choose from and I only ever get a few games in on any given day. Thanks school and full-time job!

I tried the 2 ac10 build but I'm liking the 2 lb10x more. It's just something about having you're opponent see 20 pellets coming to serve justice to their face that gets my jimmies going.

OK, Time for an update:

Matches 114
Wins 57

Over 100 matches played now, and my stats are still pretty much the same. Dead even on W/L and just a few more kills than deaths. Overall I'm very happy with the IV-Four. Although, the Loup De Guerre has had most of my attention lately since the SRM fix. A salvo of 20 SRM will ruin your day.
