I'm not exactly sure but I guess I used my jumpjets briefly on a piece of ground that wasn't completely flat, next thing I know I'm stuck.

I got stuck on Mining Collective at (2957.7, 1930.1, 317.4).

Game mode was skirmish, I was jump jetting towards a wall and got caught on it.

Timberwolf - S Got stuck between two of the large dome items (tried to land on on with JJ and missed)

Took leg damage for the better part of a minute before dying.

River City, Night.
I was walking forward to leap of the upper level and got stuck. I'm not sure on what but couldn't move the old legs at all.

    Stuck at a fixed point unable to move other than pivoting in place. However, upon death it shows you underwater (which makes you think perhaps you have fallen through the terrain but it is not registered until death animation)

Stuck on the edge of a building in Frozen City. Was unable to move and my downward speed indicator kept increasing; after about 30 seconds I popped free and it instantly destroyed my legs from "fall damage." Coordinates 1950.0 2795.6 128.5

Additional Info: the exact place coordinates are 5278.3 4783.0 2XX (seen in the video @0:52)
The Actions I Made: I believe I was reverse walking from ~C9 to ~E7 - then I fell underneath...
The Things to Note: I was able to control my altitude by walking forward/backwards... I could have won the match if I came on top at the right time :(
