In recognition of the fact that our numbers presently are low I propose forming a mixed unit comprised of members from all of the respective FRR units able to field competitive players.

This group of partisans dedicated to the preservation of Rasalhague will fight on our communities behalf in tournaments.

You would need to be fairly active in game and hopefully have enough free time to squeeze in practice matches at least once (if not more) a month.

I know everyone has different schedules/time zones, etc. so the more reserves we have for this group the better - that way if some players can't attend an event there would always be someone to fill in.

My hope is that this will keep our community active long enough until we see our former numbers return upon the release of Community Warfare.

Let me know what you guys think.

SATURDAY SCANDINAVIAN SCUFFLE!

A bi-monthly event taking place at 20:00 U.S. Central Time.

Meet at the FRR Hub Teamspeak channel: frrhub.tk:9725 pass: Dragon

Scrimmage with and against various FRR units/Affiliated units/Friends.

The aim is to standardize group play within our fraction and to have fun doing it.

To mix things up there will also be private matches for those who want a chance to showcase their builds, duel one another, or go all out in a wild drunken brawl.

The next scuffle will be Saturday, November 15th 2014.

The schedule is posted on our site's event calender.

If you have suggestions for a second time zone meeting feel free to post them. The more we have in attendance, the better!

Only by working together can we save Rasalhague!

The SoR are not allowed to be part of two units, (i.e. only able to have one tag), but As a Merc unit, There are many of us Actives, who can be "bought" (with fake money of course, nothing real here).

(in other words I would love to help out and be part of the unit, but I can't be tagged as being "part" of the unit, just lending my hand. Ja get it?!)

I would say it was more of a campaign contract then a 'unit'.

This is a FRR Government sanctioned Multi-unit force that shall be deployed under the direction of the KungsArme High command. Renumeration for participating units has been approved by the Riksdag.

As long as you're fighting for the FRR this shouldn't be a problem. Again, this "unit" would represent the community as a whole. No need for a fancy banner, unified paint scheme, or new website - we already have the Allting and the FRR Hub as our meeting grounds ^_^

All we need are some more competitive players able to practice and work together as one.

Yes, I think that would be appropriate. Sorry I haven't gotten around to doing that myself but I think it would be good to mention on the Allting.

If you really need some help... And have nobody... I can join you too if you ask me gently... Well i'm jocking, i shoul be very proud to play with you but i'm not the best FRR fighter =)

But i'm really often in game (several times a week). So i can help!

I'm a Light and Medium pilot "specialist" but i can play heavy and assault too.

You can count me in, i'm living in France, so count me in the Europe time zone.

See you on battlefield, mechwarriors!

Any ideas as to when it would be most convenient for getting together and practicing?

best suggestion for that would be to make a google document, form, and suggest that people go to it, and click / vote for good date/time

An excellent idea, I don't have access to my computer atm - I've been using my phone for these threads. ;)

If it isn't too much trouble, would someone be interested in doing this at their earliest convenients?

with google forms, it's like creating a topic poll, but all te results are saved in a spread sheet. and you can have more than one question. like q1, primary day, q2, primary time, q3, secondary day, q4 secondary time.

Did any FRR units make it into PGI's 1st MWO Tournament (beta)? Just wanted to know if there were any FRR to root for!

The Skjaldborg is in, match #6 against 'The Dire Wolves'. I think we're the only FRR unit represented, though I may be mistaken.
