trash-talking and fun. An in-game help and mech builds from excellent pilots, a few
days aaaand you are already bending public queue to your will. Cordial chat and friendly
crew, yeah - we'll tell you that you are a dummy, but we'll also turn you into a regular
mech-killah. For experienced pilot - participation in leagues and matches versus the
strongest opponents.
What we want: You being adequate, with sense of humor, a little discipline, well and a
signed contract transferring your soul into our possession.
What to do: Make sure strides into out TS server, say hi, play, have fun, acquire a wish
to play with us further, make an application and you are in. Bravest and most knowledgeble
ones may make an application right away.

Greetings pilot! Not sure what brought you here, but you wandered into the barracks of
the Merc Corps known as "Black Spikes". Or "Chiorniye Ship'i" on the toungue of the great
Nicholas Kerensky. Let me show you around and whats what. You wanna beer?? Good, don't
have any left anyway. Percolating coolant for two weeks now. Techs are hoarse from all
the yelling at us, they say in two more weeks we'll fight with no operational heat sinks.
And we didn't even tell them about jet fuel yet. Alright, alright, I'm kidding of course,
but still, there ain't any beer left ... last cargo shuttle was accidently shot down
by the clanners. Think it belonged to some merc company so they ... ah well, all the same
for us mercs who to fight for, but if we are sent against the clanners I'm sure guys will
remember this "drought"...
Come on in! This is our main hangar. "The Thornes" - our main strike force is based here.
Goddamn hardcore brawl lovers ...
What? Why are there smoking mechs outside? Just overheated. Guys are messing around. A lot
of them bring out all sorts of wicked configs, won't see them anywhere else. Smirking, eh?
Many who tryed fighting against us didn't even have time for that, let alone for gathering
config info. You can ask around about em if interested, but let me tell you this ... we
don't force our pilots to use any particular weapon, bring what you like. Only one rule:
you bring a mech into a fight, you push it to its limits. Put six PPCs on it all you want as
long as it is useful in battle. You won't see six PPCs on a mech here though, but rather over
theeeere, in a far hangar. Thats where "The Black Roses" are stationed - our fire support
unit. All who fancy sniping and raining LRMs are in it, although given the order they'll
brawl alongside "The Thornes" just the same.
Anyway, you look around and all, but I gotta go join my own squad, over there in
"The Cactuses". The barn? Screw you the barn! This is a light and medium mechs hangar. Sure
it isn't as big as the others. Why "Cactuses"? While our "Thornes" are brining their
clanking armor to bear and "Roses" are taking pop-shots, we are gnawing and chomping!
Flanking and backstabbng is everything! And if we find some smartass soloing the battlefield
we'll bag him fast, thats for sure. But more often then not there is a long and painful
stinging at the enemy. Thats why "The Cactuses". "Roses" are always whining at us - either
we don't give them locks or don't help them fight enemy lights, always our fault, damn
sissys.
By the way, have you heard anything about MASC? Seems like there are some problems with
manufacturing it. We are waiting but still haven't recieved it yet. People are going crazy
trying to fit stuff that won't fit in their mechs. We'd love to get our hands on some
MASC ... you haven't heard either? Pity. But, anyway, I'm talking too much. As I've said,
you look around, talk to other guys - they are a fun bunch. Even if they abuse you
they'll ... turn you around and abuse you again! Still kidding. Sign up if you fancy
