I enjoyed my triple monitor setup for MWO right up until UI 2.0. I've since abandoned it for a 2560x1600 30" monitor.

I have a 4k on preorder. Going to test it out and do a comparison to see which one is better when it comes out. I used to use a 27inch before this so I can only imagine how awesome 30 must be.

You'll have to let me know how it is. I was considering 4K but decided against it (limitations on HDMI, lack of VESA mounting, etc.)

Will do. I went for this Asus model to mount it on my wall mount.

Yeah, the only affordable 4k at the time I was ordering the 30" was the Samsung. ASUS had not announced the 287Q yet.

I've got a question for you: How do I get bezel compensation to work in MWO?
I've used the NVidea controlpanel to set a new resolution (lining up the road) and I can select that res in MWO but the cockpit pilars still don't lign up properly. res is 5770X1080 screens at 45 deg.

Possible culprit FOV 90?

I believe so in regards to the FOV value. I have been unable to do so on my end.

Quick update. I tested with the 4k monitor last week and MWO ran like poop. High Res + no crossfire support made the game unplayable. I got a headache in a very short period of time because of low frames (24-35) range and to top it off I like to stream/record our competitive games so that made things even worse.

Yep it's the FOV, back on stock the pillars almost line up. Bit more tweaking in the controlpanel should solve the last bit, thank you.

Edit: fixed, her is a vid of my setup. Not my best fight, I fell ontop of a Direwolf ^_^

Sorry to hear about that, but thanks for the update. I'm feeling much better about choosing the 30" monitor now.

Been running EyeFinity for a year now on MWO, but had to change to single screen after UI2.0 as the Mechlab was to big to handle on the triple screens.

I just wish the UI had been on center screen with only the mech lab background being spread over the to side monitors, and having the matches done on all three of them.
