This may not be the proper area for this but I am experiencing MAJOR problems trying to make a payment, both through pay pal and credit card direct. I am at wits end as I live in the US and am using a Visa. My bank is not blocking the payments nor is pay pal.
To make matters eve more confusing, I have made a payment as recent at July 6, 2014- using Pay Pal- any thoughts etc would be greatly appreciated.

I should probably start a new topic, or wait longer for support but im impatient.... does anyone know if they ban credit cards along with accounts?
