I found that running with the FoV set too wide really made the fish eye effect on the outside screens too pronounced, for little real benefit. The trick is, for the most part, *not* to look at the side screens too much, as odd as it sounds.

It doesn't flesh out and unfishbowl? It's supposed to. Kind of disappointed that it doesn't.

Here's a comparison ... the Catapult cockpit probably isn't the best as there's those diagonal bars, but you get the idea.
