Greetings, dear PGI.

I'm posting this message because support service wasn't able to resolve my issues (gm - FullMetalGC, request # 125787).

Since DX11 introduction in late February - early March I'm experiencing serious graphical problems which directly affect my gameplay in negative way.

First one is broken thermal vision: when i enable MSAA or TXAA heat signatures disappear from mechs in thermal.

Second one is glitchy motion blur: if I disable MSAA or TXAA moving mechs become blurry even though I have motion blur set to OFF and post processing to LOW. I recorded two videos and captured some screens of this issue:

These two bugs combined set me in a very difficult position. To have thermal vision working (which is essential on maps with low visibility) I must disable MSAA\TXAA and get weird blur effect which simply kills my eyes. I prefer to put less stress on my eyes so I keep MSAA enabled and have to play with broken thermal vision which puts me in disadvantage.

I've provided all the technical details about my PC, drivers, game settings, etc in support ticket I mentioned at the beginning. I was told that those bugs are known issues but I didn't recieve an answer of when are they going to be fixed. At least approximate date like "at august" or "after 1st phase of planetary" would be fine.

As I told at the beginning right now support service is refusing to provide me with at least some information on when those issues will be solved. Hope you can help me with that.

May be just my computer but when i switch to DX9 everything gets completely screwed graphically. Meks are utterly invisible and maps are the same as well
