The chosen Hero 'Mechs can be seen as representing two players of the german team. The Oxide is Miroslav Klose, oldest player of the squad (rusty), but still packs a punch (most goals in world cups ever...til now) and the Jester is Thomas Müller, known for his wit and jokes outside of the pitch.
