If you purchase a basic color for cbills is it unlocked for all mechs or just that specific mech like camos are? I know the colors I got in my PP are usable on all mechs but wanted to know if the same is true for basic cbill color options

All purchased colors are global unlocks. C-Bill or MC. The only ones that aren't are the hero mech colors that are included in the Hero pattern.
