I will try to get some shadowplay footage this weekend when it happens. When a team has disconnected players (speaking from experience) and they try to reconnect (because I am talking to them via TS) The team's game will lag. Mechs run in place but I am able to move around. Once the team mate has reconnected I am half way across the map and suddenly in the middle of enemy ranks. Or I will be running around shooting mechs and not doing any damage. In some cases when the game has finally caught up or figured out where everyone is supposed to be, I am dead. I seems to be happening more and more often and gets frustrating. Anyone else have similar issues?

Not sure if the above is the cause, but there are a LOT more server derps now than there used to be.

You should send in this observation as a support ticket. The fact that these lag spikes and reconnects are correlated could be useful information.
