Got sucked into Civ V for a few days. That game's dangerous when the itch to play creeps ups. You finally, after months, decide to again take the plunge back into it. Days later, you emerge after hundreds of turns, with the entire political, economic, social, and military history of whole world, not to different from our own, just to realize you lost because your people were forced to succumb to the leadership of another civilization..

..I'm excited to play MWO again.

I'm getting ready to watch your Twitch and your YouTube videos.

I found this game about 2 months ago through a random YouTube Video.

I'm trying to find out how you (and others) make these eye in the sky videos. I've recorded my Madden games for years with an HD PVR to learn from watching them afterwards.

Ahh, there is a "view mode". Now to figure out how to record it....

A private match is where no rewards are earned for matches, but you can invite other players to the game, and control the parameters of the match yourself, like private matches in any other game.

Private matches have two extra 'Specatator' slots aside from the 12 on each team. The Spectators are the ones who can fly around the map with the camera, and a bunch of other cool things.

So you cannot get angles from up above in any live match, only private, and you have to be one of the two Spectators.

Can't say I've noticed you in any matches lately either, but I keep running into more and more Brethren these days. I believe we lost to a group of your's three times in a row the other week!

Nato swung by and submitted an Ambassador app. I'll set something up to make it easy for us to communicate back and forth. It'd be nice to have another, similar Unit to run drops with or scrim against!

Yes I was pleased when he said he wanted to set something up with your unit. I think it would be a lot of fun!

If you haven't tried out Discord yet, I think it would work excellently for comms for combined group drops, we can create a server just for that purpose. It's all free, and we've found that Discord works better, at least for us. We've had quite a lot of issues with TS in past, especially me because TS doesn't like my headset, making me as quiet as a mouse no matter what I do when using it.

I can send you a link to our Grog server if you want to check it out, see what Discord is like and how it is to use.
