I would like to see one, maybe with an Irish theme or something.

I'm not a big Thunderbolt fan, but sure, why not?

I'd like to see a Spider Hero, preferably the Venom, first, but after that, sure, why not. Although i doubt that i would buy it. Not my weight class.

Would it be too cliche if the Thunderbolt had a Thunderbolt graphic design on it? Not entirely sure what sort of hardpoints you could give it, as the T-bolt is pretty versatile as it is. But I would definately get one, if it were avaialable. The chassis is growing on me. My 5SS has seen great success against the Clan Tech.

Not sure about the hard points as well but they could at least give it an extra module or something. I bought the Yen Lo Wang and the extra module does help but that mech isn't very versatile even though it's one of my favorites.

Just a thought :(

Make it her T-bowl. No Clan tech, but some LosTech upgrades would be appropriate. It should have JJs.

Lugh or Lug (/luɣ/; modern Irish: Lú /lu:/) is an Irish deity represented in mythological texts as a hero and High King of the distant past.

Just a thought

The Thunderbolt definitely needs some kind of positive quirk to give us all a real reason to use them besides "looking cool."
If it had two open Mech Module slots out of the box that'd be awesome.

Here's an idea:
A Hero Thunderbolt with similar hardpoints as the 9SE+a ballistic hardpoint in the left arm, some extra armor, able to take a bit heavier engine, jump jets of course, & more torso rotation.

I'd buy that the hour it was released!

And seeing as a Battlemaster and a Spider Hero were just released, well... a T-Bolt hero should've been released months ago anyhow ;)

That sounds good to me, I would also buy it as soon as it came out.

I voted no because there's way too many hero mechs already and hero mechs cost WAY too much.

They really should release the TDR-7SE, even though it won't be a hero 'mech. It's got jump jets and ECM. There's still no heavy 'mech with ECM even though lights, mediums and assaults already have at least one.

That doesn't seem to be a really good reason lol. I think every mech type should have a hero mech. If you don't want to pay for it then don't, simple.

You do realize that PGI has to put resources into making these 'mechs, right? Like, they have people, that design the 'mechs and crap. They have to program it all. There are a lot of stuff they need to be working on, and more hero 'mechs seems like a huge waste of resources.

They have to pay people for about 100 hours of labour, so that about 50 people with the disposable income to spend $25 on a single 'mech in this game.

Yes I do realize resources are needed to build a game. Creating one more hero mech wont put MWO on a complete stand still to do so. They're putting out hero mechs pretty often one more wont break the bank. LMAO

I would love to get a TDR Hero!

Some things I want it to have include JJs, shoulder-mounted ballistics, faster acceleration/deceleration quirks, and a faster heat dissipation quirk.

An obsidian black paint scheme with blue clouds across the shoulders and chest with white or yellow lightning bolts arcing down each side, front, and back would be cool as all get-out too! :)

Something along the lines of this:

I'd buy one, as long as it has JJ and well spread hardpoints.
