If you are referring to "the underhive" it is here, right where it's been for the last 9 months or more.

Thanks! I just did not see one that I was allowed to start a topic in. SO COMMON NOWADAYS, AMIRITE?
I appriciate your help in this matter, but still lack the ability to post my UNDYING PRAISE.
What am I to do as a recourse for this? What option do I have as a regular joe to discuss my concerns (and/or grievances) with others without looking to third party channels?
