Players drop in as conscripts to the various Houses. Pick play mode (Conscripts) then select House you will represent. Select game mode (see below).

Teams are set at 3:3:3:3. The mechs are pre-set, you enter as a pilot with no mech. Mechs will be appropriate to the House and camo'd and equipped appropriate for the map.

One assault has a command console and air strike. One heavy has artillery strike. One medium has UAV. One light has UAV.

Game modes

Attack/Defend- One group drops as defenders, the other as attackers. Attackers must destroy defenders or defense objective within the allotted time (15 minutes). Defenders must defend the objective and survive. Placed throughout the maps are 3 additional outposts. Defenders can capture the objectives to speed up clock by .33. So capturing all three objectives would speed up the clock X2. Attackers can retake objectives.

King of the Hill- Skirmish- Two groups drop. Winner stays on map, loser leaves. For each win the group gets a +1 to XP and c-bill multiplier but only if they win. A loss returns rewards to normal and you are booted. Example, Team A defeats Team B. Team B leaves the room. Team C enters. Team A beats Team C. Team C leaves, Team gets X2 XP and C-bills. Team D enters. Team D beats Team A. Team A leaves room with normal rewards.

Won't happen: PGI likes to have to few matches with lots of players at the same time. (Server-reasons I forgot.)

Your game-mode would be essentially 3:3, it would be unbalanced (3 Mechs and 4 weight-classes) and it would require a ****-ton of micromanaging to implement.
