Currently it seems if you dismiss your unit the name it was using is from that point on unavailable for use even though there is no one using it.

I experienced this when naming my unit, deciding to name it something else and then wanting to go back...yeah I have always been indecisive on naming certain things.

Hopefully the name registry will clear up dismissed unit names for use.
