Hey guys, I'm really sorry that you guys just barely get to join during PR hell time. But really...we hope you get our word back to PGI and let them know we're unhappy with some recent decisions the company has made (as well as some ancient ones).

No ill feelings though, I hope things turn out for the better and everyone ends up happy, players and devs alike.

Question, should I recieve an automated reply if I send support an email? I have a rather important issue and I didn't get any responce when I sent it on Monday.

Welcome.

Now I understand why I haven't heard anything after being unable to join a game since the server migration, despite sending 3 or 4 emails to support over the past week. Would have been nice if I could have found out about your major transition, you know, through a note on the support page, or in the first canned response I received?

Appreciate if you'll fix the issue now.

Hi Bront,
You should have received an automated e-mail response from mwo@piranhagames.zendesk.com confirming the delivery of your ticket to our support portal. Given the automated nature of the response it's possible it ended up in your Spam folder. That being said, I'm trying to track your ticket down in our system but I can't find any submissions under your username or the e-mail you've provided. Did you send your support question to support@mwomercs.com?

Armor up, check your coolant levels, and double check your weapon systems. You are dropping into a hot LZ, expect incoming fire as soon as you exit the drop ship. Expect flamers and inferno rounds, it is going to be a hot time in the old town tonight. :D

just wondering if any of the complaints you guys have been dealing with are with regards to server maintenance issue bugs?
i might seem like a broken record, but ive been unable to log in the last 3 days :'(

I think so, I'll confirm I didn't do something stupid like email suport ;)

I need to change my e-mail address if that's possible, ideally in the next 10 days before it goes away.

Edit: Nope, it was sent to the right email address, I just resent it.

Edit 2: No responce still. I forwarded it from another email address. I think my support question might be getting caught in your spam filter.

it is about damn time you guys checked my ticket, my problem needs to be fixed. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS INSTAL THE PATCHER THEN WHEN I LAUNCH IT IT SAYS SERVERS ARE UNDERGOING MAINTANCE AND THE REPAIR TOOL WHICH I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD WONT EVEN OPEN EITHER DIFFERENT ERROR MESSAGE

Flush your DNS cache (google flush DNS, it's easy)

Ok, I can confirm that support@mwomercs.com is NOT receiving email from the email address attached to my account. This could be problematic given the nature of the request (changing my e-mail tied to the account)

Edit 2: On a side note, I found where you can submit them from the web, except you can't select any categories.

I have two support request that I've sent in, I received the bounceback saying there's a ticket and I've heard nothing. Every Tuesday I've mailed in requesting an update, no one's ever gotten back to me.

Aug 26 14:24 follow up to request #132109 assigned request #140431
and
Sep 01 22:26 assigned request #140430


I also tried to create a support ticket here:
http://mwomercs.com/support/ticket/new

Didn't work. No subject was available, and when I submit no ticket appears in "Your support tickets".

What is the waiting time? Some people have been waiting weeks for items that they have paid for....
