IGP is bankrupt and assets including MWT are being sold off.

From what I could see, creditors with a value of $25 or more need to register with the receiver. Also, just glancing through the information it looks like IGP has about $5 mill in assets and $30 mill in liabilities ... so creditors will not be receiving all that they are owed.
