Cannot Create A Support Ticket

Hello,

Wondering if this is a known issue? Go to the page to start a tech ticket but in the field where you are suppose to select a category there is nothing to select in the drop down.

Tried different web browsers, different computers and all the same.

Anyone know what's up?

If you can't get the web-form to work for you, you can also send your ticket per mail to support@mwomercs.com.

been stuck in reverse twice this morning. kinda like to figure out whats causing that. of course the process for reporting game glitches is gliched...... so pgi >.<

yes i had the same issue, I emailed them about my problem and also mentioned that the support ticket cant be sent, cause of the drop down menu not having any options to select, thus telling you you have to select a optoion
