Historic photo of Mech Weapon systems early develoment stages.

Here, a Hellenic Military Air Force Ah-64 Apache helicopter is cooperating closely with an early Atlas model in secret testing grounds in Crete, Greece

The Apache uses its radar and targeting systems to pinpoint and lock threats not yet visible to the Atlas pilot. The Apache gunman transmits directly this information to Atlas experimental advanced weapon systems. After this the Atlas weapons are fired and their performance is rated.

The picture was taken during a Joint Military exercise in April 2030.

Very well done!

Some observations:
- I'm afraid the pilot inside the Apache looks too big (or I'm getting it wrong?)
- isn't 2030 too early for the Atlas?

Like the idea and picture a lot.

• Would have liked if it was posted larger (even more so for the click through).
  
• Apache armament should be more lent towards reconnaissance (aiding the picture story).
  
• Sidebar on the right of the picture (why)?
  
• More picture along the same spirit would be very welcome.
