Hi All,

I purchased some MC today using paypal. The website said it was having trouble verifying with PayPal, so no MC. I checked PayPal and the account was charged for the MC. Any help would be appreciated. I did email support but so far no one has contacted me.

Did you by chance try logging out of game, and then back in? Sometimes there's a bit of a hiccup that could cause some delays between your client and the server. I think it would show on your MWO profile up top. (Profile > Credits) If it's not shown below yet, then you're gonna have to wait for support to get with you, whom I think still has a bit of a backlog due to the changing of companies.

Just gotta be patient, and possibly keep on support if it's a larger amount of money and not resolved in a few days. GL!
