I was spectating a blackjack with 8 med lasers and noticed he was firing 3 on the left and then 3 on the right separately, but they were all in one group and NOT in separate groups. They were not chained either.

I've looked through the keyboard options and cant see anything that looks like it would fire all left weapon and fire all right weapons.

I dont even see option for fire weapon number 1 as discrete keybind so I'm not sure how he could even get them staggered.

Whats going on?

Spectating does not show you the groups properly.

This. And to be more clear, the groups you see spectating are the groups defined on your client. So it will be either the defaults for the chassis, or your groups for your weapons. Neither of which will align with what you are viewing.

Interesting, I didn't know where the grouping came from. I feel educated now. :P
