Ok Is there even a remote possibility of getting an immunity from damage at the start of a match say for 5 seconds or something. Just enough time for people to get out of the way of others. To many times mechs run into me and I take leg damage through no fault of my own. Yes its only a percentage or two but I have fragile legs, especially in my locust. The number of bad pilots out there at startup seems to be multiplying.

And do not even get me started on the test firing of weapons at launch.

Thoughts?

You know what? Do it up. This way I can dump a 50-point laser alpha into that Lolcust in front of me at start and giggle madly.

"Tag. You're it."

Fine by me. I'm tired of these people test firing their lasers on my legs.

When I read your post all I can think ... why are you piloting a Locust? I have a Phoenix version that I refuse to play. I sold off the other 2 Locusts for the mechbays. What are you getting from your Locust that you couldnt do better in a Firestarter or Jenner?

I don't see anything wrong with it, but I do wonder if it's viable from a technical standpoint.

When I can take my Locust without it mastered yet, and make three runs through a line of 2 lances of enemy mechs and live, with around 2 kills and 10 assist, 678 damage in a match.... and every time I ran through, most of the enemy focused on me, with my team pushing behind me and engaging = one hell of a ride!

I LOVE MY LOCUST and it loves me! LOCUST PARTY!
