It is an AMS that I didn't put into the standard variant but like wise where the AMS hard point would go. Mainy is there because Bishop bugged me about it.
Edit: All of it fits (the AC5 ammo is in place for the 2Mguns) Also still leaves space for an AMS. Could be written up as a field repair/refit to sac a Heatsink for a half ton of AMS ammo and an AMS.

so in TT a destroyed side torso with XL is not going to be the end of an IS mech? why do we have this in MWO then?

Also do lego mechs count as fully modular omnimechs :troll_face:

It's dead. But the damage is contained. SO you are not repairing/rebuilding the whole mech, which otherwise would be gutted in the explosion.

It remains salvageable, whereas without case, the mech was usually utterly destroyed.

This was demonstrated well in MWO back when we had RnR. It's why many IS mechs have CASE and XLs.

To further note I may, or may not have been thinking of a IIc of this 'mech. The Fluff of the 'mech is it was found in a Star League bunker within the Antares system. The 'mech was a prototype, it and the prototype's testing site was stumbled upon by a merc unit (*cough* *cough*). Somewhere down the road the 'mech comes into contact with either Clan Wolves or Ghost Bear and is roughly identified as a relic, bring about a line of IIc variants.

To this note I have yet to come up with a name and in need of help with it.

I have a few ideas:

Prototype 0.1
The crow
The desecrator
The trapper ( because it can wear down leg armor with the large lasers then chew through internals because of the machine guns)

I think essentially all the names I can come up with for now.

Alright boys and girls; it looks like it's time to shell out the green stuff. Good job to Ace here; it's the first piece I've seen him done, and hopefully with the help with everyone around these parts I am excited to say the least to see what he can do next.

I'm gunna stick with the name I originally came up with.
