Click "Profile" which is on the top right hand corner of the site next to "Logout"
Next, near the top of the screen you'll see options like "Badges, Profile, Credit, Email, Password, Stats, Faction, etc.."
Click on "Faction" - there will be a list of options, Select whom you want to align with.
After you do that, you're all done. Once you log on to the game it should automatically be changed.
